We embroider on washed cotton without the puckering or curling that plagues dad hats decorated overseas. Hoop pressure, backing weight, and stitch density are tuned for the fabric.

- An unstructured six-panel baseball cap with a soft crown, curved bill, and adjustable strapback. Originally named for the casual, lived-in look. The silhouette most indie brands and creator drops use today.
- Can I pick the fabric color?
- Yes. Washed cotton stock includes 12 standard colors. Custom dye lots available at 500+ units.
- Will the embroidery pucker?
- Not on our floor. Soft-crown embroidery requires specific backing and stitch tension — we run our embroidery in-house specifically so we can dial it in per fabric.
- Do you do woven patches?
- Yes. Woven, leather, rubber, and embroidered patches all applied in-house.
- Is a dad hat unisex?
- Yes. The adjustable strapback fits a wide range. We do not make a separate women's silhouette.
