- Yes. 144 (twelve dozen) is the floor on stock fabric. Custom-milled fabric starts at 500.
- Do you do custom fabric?
- Yes — at 500 units and up. We work with U.S. mills to spec yarn weight, dye lot, and finish. Lead time adds 4 to 6 weeks for fabric milling.
- What patches can you do?
- Leather patch (laser-etched or debossed), woven patch, PVC/rubber patch, embroidered patch. All applied in-house.
- Will you put my brand name on a tag?
- Yes. Inside-cap labels in custom artwork are standard. Add to the quote.
